How long have you worked with us?
I have been working for Goodly since April 2020 as a team member, and have had the privilege of spreading my knowledge of cross-platform and service development within the company. While working at Goodly, I have been able to develop my strengths and abilities from my long .NET background. This has been a nice change from previous role as a SharePoint consultant focussing on collaboration and feature development to product and framework development at Goodly.

Tell us about your role. What do you enjoy in your daily work?
My work is actually split into three parts. One is managing the product as a feature owner. Another part is team support, advising members technologically and strategically. The third part is the actual software development. There is a friendly atmosphere at Goodly which is felt by all. I take care to organize my days so that everything flows smoothly, and this is helped by my superb team members.

What attracts you to Goodly as an employee?
Goodly is a great company to work for. In particular, I enjoy working with the kind and multicultural team that I am involved with. I love the open-minded spirit at Goodly, and this is definitely reflected in my personal team. I also appreciate the fact that anyone can occupy a niche to contribute to the company’s success.

What do you look forward to at work?
Creating highly professional pieces of software and gaining measurable value for the customer. My team members are extremely supportive, and everyone at Goodly has a deeply caring attitude. The best motivation is knowing that I get to work with this wonderful community.
